Once registered, you will have 48 hours to complete the log in process and change your password before your temporary password expires. By registering for the portal, you acknowledge and agree that your provider may use the portal to send you results or other correspondence instead of traditionally mail. 

The portal messaging system is for sending NON-urgent messages only and may take up to 3 days to receive a response.

 

If you have an urgent issue, please contact the clinic directly at (360) 413-8600, or proceed to the nearest urgent care, emergency room, or dial 911 if your symptoms are severe.
