Important Update Regarding Regence Insurance
MultiCare and Regence were unable to reach a new agreement by the May 10, 2026 deadline, though both parties are continuing to work toward a resolution. As of May 11, 2026, MultiCare providers, including Pioneer Family Practice, are considered out of network for many Regence commercial plans until an agreement is reached.
As part of our partnership, MultiCare manages our insurance contracts, so these changes may affect our network status.
Some patients may qualify for a temporary Continuation of Care (CoC) period, which may allow certain services to continue at in-network rates for a limited time. Patients who are pregnant, hospitalized, or undergoing active treatment may be eligible.
If you currently have a Regence insurance plan, we encourage you to contact Regence directly using the number on the back of their insurance card to:

Review out-of-network benefits and coverage options
Patients may continue receiving care with our clinic, though out-of-pocket costs may change depending on insurance coverage.
