Appointment Scheduling

**We are NOT accepting New Patients at this time**

Contact us directly at (360) 413-8600 and we would be happy to help schedule you with one of our providers.

Same-Day Appointments
(Established Patients Only)

Our providers reserve a small number of same-day appointments each day to address urgent, unexpected medical concerns. These appointments are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and availability is limited.

To give you the best chance of being seen, we encourage patients to call our office at 8:40 a.m. to check availability. Same-day appointments are intended for urgent needs that arise suddenly and are not designed for routine visits, chronic condition follow-ups, or ongoing care needs.

If all same-day appointments are filled, we encourage our patients to seek care from a nearby Urgent Care. If you are unsure if Urgent Care is appropriate for your needs, our team will be happy to help guide you to the most appropriate next step for your care.

FAQ: Same-Day Appointments

Who can request a same-day appointment?

Same-day appointments are available for established patients of our clinic.

What types of concerns are appropriate for a same-day appointment?

Same-day appointments are intended for urgent, unexpected medical issues that need prompt attention, such as new illnesses or sudden symptoms. They are not meant for routine visits, medication refills, physicals, or follow-up care for ongoing conditions.

How do I schedule a same-day appointment?

Please call our office at 8:30 a.m. to check availability. Same-day appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and fill quickly.

Are same-day appointments guaranteed?

We do our best to accommodate urgent needs, but same-day appointments are limited and cannot be guaranteed.

What if all same-day appointments are filled?

If no same-day appointments are available, our staff will help guide you to the best option for timely care, which may include a nearby urgent care center.

Can I use a same-day appointment for routine or follow-up care?

To ensure access for patients with urgent needs, same-day appointments are reserved specifically for acute concerns. Routine and follow-up visits should be scheduled in advance.

What should I do if I’m out of a medication that requires an appointment to refill?

If you are out of a medication that requires an appointment for refills, please call our office to schedule the next available appointment and let our staff know you are currently out of medication. Our team can request a short, temporary refill from your provider to help bridge you until your visit. Please note that these courtesy refills are not guaranteed and your provider may require an appointment before approving a refill.

Medication Refills

Most medication refill requests can be refilled directly through your pharmacy and don't require an appointment. Please contact your pharmacy directly first to better expedite your medication refill needs. You may also reach out to us using the Patient Portal for any non-urgent refill requests. If you have less than a 4 day supply of medication please contact us directly.

Clinic Appointment Policies

To provide the best care for our patients, we ask that you review the following appointment policies. These guidelines help us ensure fair access to care and respectful use of clinic resources. Our clinic is not required by law to publicly post any policies; if you have questions regarding these policies or need clarification, please contact our office directly.

Cancellation Policy

Patients are asked to contact our clinic directly if they need to cancel an appointment. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a fee. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or on the same day may incur a $40 late cancellation fee, applied directly to the patient’s account.

No-Show/Late Cancel Policy

A patient is considered a no-show or late cancellation if they cancel their appointment the same day, arrive 15 minutes or more past the scheduled time, or fail to appear for their appointment. Patients who meet these criteria may incur a $40 fee, applied directly to their account. Accumulating three (3) no-shows or late cancellations within a nine-month period may result in discharge from our care, following a review of the circumstances.

Active/Established Patient Policy

Patients are considered active only if they have been physically seen in our clinic within the past three (3) years. Patients who have not been seen within this timeframe, or who have established ongoing care with another medical clinic since their last visit with our office, are no longer considered active patients and must re-establish care as a new patient in order to resume care at our clinic.
