Medication Refills
Most medication refill requests can be refilled directly through your pharmacy and don't require an appointment. Please contact your pharmacy directly first to better expedite your medication refill needs. You may also reach out to us using the Patient Portal for any non-urgent refill requests. If you have less than a 4 day supply of medication please contact us directly.

Do some medications require appointments?​
​
Yes, some medications do require an in-person appointment before they can be refilled regardless of how long you have been receiving it. These medications can include but not limited to individuals being treated for ADHD, pain management, and opioid use disorders.

Do you have questions about your medications?
​
For any non-urgent questions regarding your medications you can message us directly through the Patient Portal for help. Please take note, all non-urgent questions can take up to 3 days for us to respond. If you have urgent questions or experiencing unfavorable systems, please contact our office directly for further guidance.

Virtual/Telemedicine Visits
Telemedicine treatment is available for a variety of common health concerns. Please contact our office directly to discuss if this type of visit will work for you. You can attend these visits using your home computer or smartphone..

Cancellation Policy​

If you need to cancel your upcoming appointment, please contact our clinic directly. All cancelations require a 24 hour advanced notice prior to avoid any additional fees. Appointments that are canceled with less than a 24 hour notice or same day may incur a $40 late cancelation charge applied directly to the patients account.
No-Show/Late Cancel Policy​

An individual is classified as a "No-Show/Late Cancel" If they cancel their upcoming appointment same day, arrive 15 minutes or later past the scheduled appointment time, or they do not appear for their appointment entirely. Any individual classified under these guidelines may incur a $40 charge applied directly to the patient's account. Three (3) no-show/late cancelations in a 9 month time span may result in discharge from our care after extensive review.
