Dear Patients:

It has been my pleasure and honor to provide primary care at Pioneer Family Practice for the last 4 1/2 years.  I’am writing to tell you that I’m moving on to another position with Olympia OB/GYN.  As some of you know, I started my career as a midwife and I’am returning to that work, along with more focus on women’s health and lactation consultation.

My colleagues at Pioneer will continue to provide care for you, starting when I leave the practice at the end of June.  The practice is actively recruiting for a new primary care provider to join the team and re-establish with you.  I’am sad to leave a wonderful work environment and great colleagues, and I will miss my patients at Pioneer.  I’am completely confident int he care you will receive from the physicians at Pioneer and from a more long-term provider to come.  My medical assistant, Emily, will continue to work at Pioneer.

Thank you for all you have shared with me and taught me.

All the best,

Sarah Huntington, ARNP
